Okies....

Sickness sucks.

My nose it totally peeled, I snifffle, and other nastiness, such as my waistline going the way of the dodo thanks to the very suugary hot lemon/ginger mix I drink.

Jenova is in the shop; I will know more about her later today.

The day before yeasterday they aired the first episode of The Shield; I liked it. I will wcatrch it again if I remember.... even if the sudden weird urge to slash Vic with the tesst-taker-guy-whose-name-I-cannot-remember is kinda freaky, especially taking into account the actors previous roles and the WTF factor.

Of course, there has been more WTFing lately... I picked up Exit 5/04 which I had just browsed and settled down to read it; it hadd a nice picture gallery of men in uniformm... wouldnt have been THAT bad, if not gffor thee fact that one Cuban museum guard they had a pic of looked, way, way too much like Barillo.... I had the severestt moment of WTF I have had in ages.

And last but not the least...





And yes, I am going to respond to the meme - I just want to think about it thoroughly :)

One of my guy friends I sent the pic to ages ago (cant recall why - was probably using it as a RPG portrait) and who found it in his incoming folder decribed it as "half-naked guy with two guns across his chest and looking like theres a third up his ass" (not verbatim, am afraid, but that was the gist of it :D

I think it's a whole different breed of worrisome that I can recall all of their names after only a single episode. The series doth rock mightily, though... I'm using Mackey as a basis for the personality of a gnome hexblade PC I'm starting on Saturday.

Hope you get the computer back quickly and in one piece... Losing one's computer is the geek's worst nightmare. Backing stuff up every now and then on a separate HD and storing that in a strongbox under the bed is always a good idea, especially if one is in the creative business like you and I.

They're talking of starting up the Ceramic DM, by the way, now that the server switch is finished.

I have lusted for this guy for years. But I have to admit, (don't throw large things) that I have not seen Mexico. I'm glad you're back online. Don't miss a day of your stuff, don't always comment, bad girl, bad girl, but none the less I am here. I promise to catch up on these sites and stuff and while I'm being dragged out of the house kicking and screaming from my puter and fanfic, I promise to look for Mexico at the store, I know I've seen it. About time I picked it up.

As for the Shield. Kattannon got me hooked on some ficiton, now I record it ever Sunday night here, watch and enjoy it in peace come Monday morning.

Love the desktop, mine's full of Johnny Depp, but there are a couple of Antonio's lurking about in the background.

Just started watching the film "Original Sin" last night. Doesn't look as though it's going to be a great film, but it's set around 1890 I'm guessing and Antonio looks absolutely gorgeous in it! (No guns so far though *G*)

I dont have a couch, but believe me, when my friend sent me a SMS last night about an OuaTiM Making Of being aired made me jump to the floor and snuggle with the throw pillows... and squee too much for my thrioat, am afraid :P

I have never seen Original Sin myself, witrh the exception of a single clip (you will know what it is as soon as yous ee it...) and that one makes my brain melt. Antonio is just soooo.... *wibble*

Am rthinking renting Ballistic, or some other Antonio movie I have yet to see :D

They showed "Ballistic: Ecks vs Server" on SKY last week. I was a bit disappointed in the film to be honest. It's okay, but a bit dull, (despite all the gunfights and explosions). And Antonio looks a bit haggard with greasy hair and lots of stubble, he looks about forty-seven, and not in a good way...

There's another one I want to catch, I can't remember the name of it, but its about a female criminal who wants to start a new life, Banderas is a photographer who accidentally stumbles on who she is (or something, I'm a little vague on what the plot is). but the little titchy photos of Banderas in it that I've seen make him look rather yummy. I somehow keep missing it...

Have you seen "The 13th Warrior"? That's quite enjoyable.

Ballistuic sucked :(

Am watching Imaging Argentina next (ouch... the beard looks bad) and I re-watched OuaTiM (with a Secret Window chaser :D) during the weekend :D

The movie you are thinking of is Femme Fatale; just my luck, I have the DVD but no functional player :( Apparently he is v. yummy and v. flamin g queen in that one...

And yeah, I have seen the 13th warrior, ages ago.... I definitely love that one to piecews, and not just because of the awesome crossover potential :D
