I genrally find that a raised eyebrow, a cheerful tone of voice, and a well placed "Go die in a fire" works.

My best ones have all been dependent upon the situation, but a good general one, if you really wanna make your opponent pissed off and you have a friend close at hand is:
You (to the friend): ::condescending tone:: Aww, look, s/he thinks his/her opinions actually matter!
If you really wanna up the ante, pat the opponent on the head gently and smile. XD
