Becasue rteallyt, there is SO much goodness out there that needws to be talked about. Like
guede_mazaka's amazing HP fic here - It is, plainly puit, pretty damn awesome. Dark!Harry, HP/LM, some other pairings, and some rather awsome things :D WIP; but she never leaves anything unfinisahed.
... and so okay I want to blather about the whole weight loss thing once again. Yesterday, I went to the pool - did water aerobics with a group of little old ladies. Managed decently. Wouyld have died of embarrasment if I hadn't - because one of the little old ladies was (and will be next tuesday and so on) My grandmother's sister. So if SHE can do it...
today, I intend to go pay my grocery bill and do some minor grocery shopping - nothing major, just more milk, some tuna, noodles.. taht sort of thing. I am pretty damn well stocked right now. and fafther that, ewhen it finally is noon, sweet noon, I shall go to the gym and the pool - oh, my poor face - and get my card all ka-chinged up.
I have realized that I have been doing the gym thing rather wrong - concentrating on endurance rather than power. I need to add more weights and shorten the sets - instead of 3 20 rep sert, I will vbe doing 3 10 rep sets with more weights and so on. Think that weird crunhy thing that looks like a rollercoaster harnbess can give me first the 3 tiems 20 on 45 kg and then do the 3 times 10 with,s ay, 60 - because I know I will be able to do that. and other stuyff.
Am really looking forward to sisterling cvoming over - she can introduce me to free weights.

Um, I hav a LOT of sprouty muing mbeans. thinkt hey are going to be in a salad and in a stir fryu or something over the next few days... uinless I end up just snavcking them all up.
since there si so bloody LOT of them; I think I will be snipping off the sprouty bits and discarduing the beans...
or something
