Amd, according to Aunty's scale, I now weigh exactly 130 kg/ 286 lbs.

Whih, to me, is a Good Thing. Because said scaled said I was 134 kg approximately 2 weeks ago.

So, this Being Healthy thing works.

I have lost 4kg/8,8 lbs.
